install WebGoat on WTE beta

I know it's probably in the works, but in case it isn't, please install WebGoat on the WTE beta. I'm happy to help with this if needed.

You are correct - its in the works

I'm changing the install of WebGoat from how it was done in previous releases to unbundle the .war file from the Tomcat that ships with WebGoat.

 

Look for an announcement soon of the new package.
